Shipments

How long will it take to get my order?

The delivery time of orders is 24-48 working hours from the order (only for mainland shipping) 24-72 hours for Baleares, Ceuta and Melilla, the Canary Islands are excluded).

All shipments will be carried out by the transport company Correos Express.

If for any reason the order has to be delayed we will contact you for Comunicártelo.

Once the order has been made, no change is allowed in the shipping address, unless the customer runs with the expenses and is expressly accepted by the parties.

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping costs are free if your order exceeds €32.

In the event that your order does not exceed the minimum amount to which the free shipping is applied, the expenses will be calculated depending on the destination and therefore will be:

Spain standard (peninsula): €4.00

Spain Islas (Baleares): €4.00

Spain Express (mainland): €6.00

Spain Express (Balearic Islands): €6.00

Shipping costs will be free in purchases over €32 (only for shipping peninsular, Balearic Islands)

Can I request the shipment of an order outside of Spain?

Yes, we ship to all European Union countries, the estimated delivery time is 3-5 days and the price is €10. Any questions you can get in touch with us through the email help@tortola1947.com and we will find better how to make your order arrive.

What happens if I am not in the direction I indicated when the courier is going to deliver the order?

After a first delivery attempt, the carrier will leave you a notice to contact him and set a new delivery date. This delivery can be done at the shipping address you have indicated or at one of the carrier's offices.

After another failed attempt, your order will be cancelled and returned to our facilities, where we proceed to refund your purchase.

What do I do if my order does not arrive?

If after a period of 5 working days from the confirmation of your order you have not received (this does not usually happen), please contact us through the mail help@tortola1947.com with your order number and we will fix it as quickly as possible.

Can I send my order as a gift?

Yes, we offer you the possibility to send gifts through our online store. To do so, make the purchase habitually, select the shipping address to which you want to send the gift and in the step  "Send " Check the option "Wrap for gift ". You will be able to write a personalized message and we will take care to wrap it in a special way.

Can I pick up my order at one of your stores?

Yes, you can pick up your order at no cost at our store located at Calle Miguel de Unamuno 13 Bajo 03202 (Elche). The pick-up schedule is Monday-Friday 9am-8pm. Take with you the confirmation email of your order you can take it on your mobile or print and ask any of our clerks.

You have 3 working days to pick up your package once we have verified the payment. After this period, we will proceed to cancel the order and refund the money.

Changes.

The changes are free, we can offer changes of size and color of the same model, but we can not offer changes by different models.

To request a change go to our Changes/returns page through which you will be able to contact us and we will offer you the quickest ways to make the change.

Returns

How do I return an item?

The returns is a very simple and free process, you just have to go to the page. Returns, where you can send us the information of your order so that we start the whole process.

Once we request the collection of the package, The courier company will contact you to arrange the time, the products must be properly protected, if you use the packing that we send, try to remove the label that goes outside and so We'll avoid confusion in The courier company.

Once the package is received in our warehouse, we will proceed to make the refund, which can take between 5-10 days to appear reflected in your account. For any incident you can write to help@tortola1947.com.

Once received in our facilities, we will verify that the article is in the same conditions in which it was sent, that it has not been used, that it retains its original labels and its complete original packaging, and proceed to the refund of the money in the  Same way you made the payment.

Can I make a store return?

Only if you live in Elche, you can go through our store located in Miguel de Unamuno 13 in Elche and you can make the return in person.

What is the deadline to be able to make a return?

The maximum period of time that you have to apply for the return is 14 working days from the date of receipt of the order. After this period we will not be able to accept the return of your order.

Do I have to pay anything for my return?

The first return/change will be free.

How and when will I receive the amount of my return?

Once the return is approved (when we check that the returned items are in good condition and in the same conditions that they were shipped, that they have not been used, that they retain their original labels and their original packaging) you will receive the amount of the Same way you made the payment.

We will send you a confirmation email indicating the amount that will be paid to your account in a few days. Remember that the credit card subscription or your PayPal account is always dependent on your bank.

The amount paid will correspond to the PVP you paid for the returned items.

Right of withdrawal

According to the regulation of remote sales, the customers of the European Union have 14 working days, from the date of receipt of the order, to exercise the right of withdrawal on their order.

In this case, the money will be returned and the order is collected in accordance with the procedure indicated above.
